Inspections are conducted annually at Risk Factor 2, 3 and 4 facilities. Risk Factor 1 facilities are inspected upon opening and on a complaint basis. There are over 1200 retail food establishments in Gloucester County. These inspections include mobile facilities. Inspections are conducted to determine compliance with N.J.A.C. 7:26-1 et. seq.
