GlassboroShopRite and community get involved in the fight to end hunger 

(Glassboro, NJ) - GloucesterCounty Freeholder Heather Simmons participated in ShopRite's "Help Bag HungerDay" on Tuesday, Sept. 17 as part of their Partners in Caring initiative. 

The ShopRite Partners inCaring initiative promotes ending hunger by supporting more than 2,000charities ranging from soup kitchens, food pantries, homeless shelters, seniorcitizen centers, and a variety of other organizations helping to fight hunger.  

Freeholder Heather Simmonssaid, “Hunger has a serious impact on many in our communities.  I am proudto help promote awareness to end hunger and to stand with my friends andneighbors at ShopRite to raise funds to help feed those in need.”
