Residents of Gloucester County can apply either at Gloucester County Division of Social Services or online at the MyNJHelps.gov. Once the application is received by the Gloucester County Division of Social Services, the applicant will receive an appointment for an office interview. WorkFirst NJ TANF/GA programs require an in-person interview.
