The New Jersey Workers' Compensation Law (NJ Statutes, Annotated 34:15-1 et seq.) seeks to ensure employees who are injured on-the-job receive proper care and benefits. The County provides for the cost of this coverage for Gloucester County employees.

- Damage to County buildings
- Employee injuries
- Injuries to others on County property
- Motor vehicle accidents
