General Election Day 2021-2

(West Deptford, NJ)—Voting is easier and more convenient than ever with 3 ways to vote in the upcoming November 2 General Election.

 Vote-by-Mail Ballot

Registered voters can apply for a vote-by-mail ballot by following the instructions found at VOTE.NJ.GOV or contacting the Gloucester County County Clerk at 856-853-3237.

Then, VOTE and RETURN your ballot one of the following ways...

  • Mail: Your vote-by-mail ballot MUST be postmarked on or before 8:00 p.m. November 2 and be received by your county’s Board of Elections on or before November 8.
  • Secure Ballot Drop Box: Place your vote-by-mail ballot in one of your county’s secure ballot drop boxes by 8:00 p.m. on November 2. Drop box locations can be found at
  • Board of Elections Office: Deliver your vote-by-mail ballot in person to the Gloucester County Board of Elections Office by 8:00 p.m. on November 2.
    • The Gloucester County Board of Elections is located at 550 Grove Road West Deptford, NJ 08066

NOTE: Vote-by-mail ballots CANNOT be returned to your early voting location or polling place.

In-Person Early Voting

This new option enables all registered voters to cast their ballot in person, using a voting machine, during a nine-day period prior to Election Day. You can now choose to vote, in person, when it’s most convenient for your schedule.

In-person early voting locations will be open Saturday, October 23 through Sunday, October 31. Hours will be Monday-Saturday, 10:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. and Sunday, 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.

No matter where you live in the county, you can vote your specific ballot at any of your county’s designated in-person early voting locations. Find Gloucester County’s early voting locations here:

At Your Polling Place on Election Day

Vote in person at your polling place, from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Election Day, November 2. Accommodations will be made for voters with disabilities.
