About Us

The Gloucester County Division of Human & Special Services fosters a comprehensive human services delivery system by implementing, coordinating, and improving our network of community-based organizations through the use of our Federal, State, and County funds. The division's goal is to enhance the quality of life of people in Gloucester County by creating an environment of public trust; empowering and strengthening individuals and families, advocating for sound policy, mobilizing resources, and acting as champions for those who are most vulnerable and in need of services.
