Body Worn Cameras

The Gloucester County Sheriff's Office has implemented a body worn camera program. Officers assigned to Patrol, Civil Process, Field Services, K-9, and Court Security will be equipped with Motorola V300 Cameras as shown in the photo.

The Body Worn Video Camera technology will capture valuable evidence for investigations and trials.  It will also provide more accurate documentation of scenes, interviews, and encounters between police and citizens, further promoting professionalism and accountability.
