Non-Emergency Medical Transportation

Transportation Shuttle BusGloucester County Department of Transportation Services (DTS) provides curb-to-curb, advanced reservation transportation to medical facilities throughout Gloucester County, several surrounding counties, and to Philadelphia hospitals. Residents are required to schedule rides with 3 business days advance notice. Service to surrounding counties and Philadelphia is provided on a limited basis.

Non-Emergency Medical Transportation

Non-emergency medical transportation is provided for all types of medical appointments, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 3 pm Certain on-going types of medical procedures such as dialysis treatments, cancer treatments, and physical therapy are scheduled by working with staff from the medical facility. Philadelphia Hospital Shuttle Bus Service

The Philadelphia hospital shuttle bus service operates Monday through Thursday (no service to Philadelphia on Fridays). Gloucester County works with its partner, Camden County's Sen-Han Transportation to provide coordinated transportation to Philadelphia. The Gloucester County bus travels into Philadelphia on Mondays and Thursdays while the Camden County bus travels into Philadelphia on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Fees

All non-emergency medical transportation is offered fare-free. Donation envelopes are available from drivers for those who wish to make a donation to support the service.
