Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program

The NJ Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) provides income-eligible seniors with locally grown fresh fruits, vegetables, and herbs from participating local farmers' markets. 

Information for the 2026 program season, including eligibility requirements and the list of participating farmers' markets, will be posted once it becomes available. Please check back for updates.

Eligibility

Those who qualify for the Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Program must be 60 years or older and have a gross income equal to or less than the income poverty guidelines increased by 185% (i.e., income before deductions for income taxes, Social Security taxes, insurance premiums, bonds, etc.). Eligible Gloucester County residents aged 60+ will receive $40 to spend at participating vendors at local farmers' markets.

How to Apply

Applications are available at the Division of Senior Services Office, 115 Budd Boulevard, West Deptford, NJ 08096, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Those unable to visit the office are asked to call (856)384-6900 for further assistance.

A QR code has replaced the paper vouchers previously distributed. Gloucester County Senior Services will provide a printed copy of this QR code to each approved applicant. Applicants will be assigned funds on a first-come, first-served basis.
