Overview
Established Pursuant to New Jersey Statute 40:37C-l et seq., the Gloucester County Pollution Control Financing Authority (GCPCFA) is an independent instrumentality created by the Board of Chosen Commissioners whose purpose is to help facilitate financing and construction of pollution control systems and facilities in both the public and private sector.
While empowered by state law with broad powers, the GCPCFA primarily serves as a mechanism for cost-effective conduit financing for private sector pollution control projects.
Membership Appointment & Terms
The GCPCFA is governed by a five-person board appointed by the Board of Chosen Commissioners to five year terms of office.
