Notice of Public Hearing
Please be advised that there will be a public hearing at the Gloucester County Agriculture Development
Board meeting on Thursday January 8, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. on the following matter:
Presentation and discussion on the annual update of the Gloucester County Comprehensive Farmland
Preservation Plan, including the expansion of Gloucester County’s Agricultural Development Area
(ADA),the expansion of ADA project areas in the Borough of Glassboro, and all other revisions necessary to
bring the Plan up to date. The meeting will be held on Thursday January 8, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at The Gloucester County Office
of Land Preservation, Shady Lane Complex, 254 County House Road, Clarksboro, NJ 08020.

Overview
The Gloucester County Agriculture Development Board (GCADB) has regulatory oversight for the County Farmland Preservation Program and also hears County Right-to-Farm cases. Members, who represent both the agricultural and public community, are appointed by the Board of County Commissioners for a four-year term.
Over the years the GCADB has heard more than 30 specific Right-to-Farm cases and Site-Specific Agricultural Management Practice requests.
